Subscribers are able to submit request for a report within 24 hours a day. Once we receive a subscriber’s requests we usually can process a report within (1) one hour or less. A report can be returned via email, text or U.S. mail. We prefer to email the report back to our subscriber’s email address , which is perhaps the fastest mode of transmission.

Your initial report will provide you with up-to-date information on the property that you are currently renting. We will search for foreclosure notices and bankruptcy filings* on the current owner(s) of the property. Although the initial report is very comprehensive, we do recommend that you continue monthly monitoring for for your own protection.
